Usage and maintenance of screwdriver

Align the special shaped blade of the screwdriver with the groove on the top of the screw, fix it, and start rotating the handle.

According to the specification standards, clockwise rotation is considered tightening; Rotate counterclockwise to loosen. (In rare cases, the opposite is true)

A Phillips screwdriver can be used for Phillips screws, but Phillips screws have stronger resistance to deformation.

Maintenance measures:

(1) The blade of the screwdriver must be ground correctly, with both sides as parallel as possible. If the blade is conical, it is easy to slide out of the screw groove when rotating the screwdriver.

(2) Do not grind the screwdriver head too thin or into other shapes.

(3) Be extra careful when grinding a screwdriver on a grinding wheel, as overheating can cause the blade to soften. Please wear goggles when grinding.
